With an experience of more than 25 years in the field of cultural exchanges between France and different countries in America, my knowledge of different cultures has allowed me to create Francia Educación. All of these experiences have helped me a lot in participating in different projects, all related to intercultural exchanges.
WHY CREATE THE FRANCIA EDUCACIÓN AGENCY?
Before learning to read, children listen to our stories. Before learning to write, they must draw. Before standing and walking firmly, they must dance. Before thinking and using logic, they must imagine. Before knowing how to live is to play.
We insist very much with our Au Pair candidates on the objective of their participation in the program: reading stories, drawing, dancing and playing with children and above all establishing a CONNECTION with their imagination.

The creation of Francia Educación is the product of a great experience acquired during many years but also, a will to share with you the richness of these programs which will allow the whole family an emotional evolution so important today.
WHY IS THE FRANCIA EDUCACIÓN AGENCY DIFFERENT?
For all these years, we have been working with many French families who have offered us their trust on different programs. Among the values developed by the Francia Educación agency, are the importance of cultural exchanges, the emotional benefit for all our candidates but also for all our families.
The next few years will be marked by EMOTION. It is therefore very important that our children develop empathy. They will undoubtedly be taken to travel, to know different cultures and to learn different languages. All of our programs aim to better integrate into this new world and this learning begins now.
WHY A DIGITAL AGENCY?
The sole aim of a digital agency is to facilitate the means of communication between two parties. In addition, we believe that it is currently essential to avoid unnecessary printing of documents.
But “digital” will never replace human contact, which remains one of the important values of Francia Educación. We want to go beyond this “digital” contact and be able to get to know you during one of our trips or through a videoconference.

Married to Rocio
My greatest intercultural experience: my wife, Mexican, with whom I have shared my life for 26 years. Director of a bilingual nursery school, we have a great Franco-Mexican son.
